Who will be crowned Kolding’s best Studiebold team?
On Saturday, February 21st from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, the Kolding City Final of Studiebold will take place!
Bring your friends along for a cozy tournament day when Studiebold once again sets out to find Kolding’s best Studiebold team! In addition to the honor, the title, and of course great prizes, the best teams will qualify for the National Final of Studiebold on Saturday, March 14th in Kolding, where they will compete for the title of Denmark’s Best Student Football Team.
Will it be your team? Then head to studiebold.dk and be ready when registration opens!
Last year’s winners of the City Final were Al Shababs FC from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding, who had to settle for an honorable mention as top scorer of the day at the National Final with player Mahdi.
“Studiebold is a free, indoor soccer tournament for higher education students, open to everyone regardless of skill level, gender, or age.”
Bring the victory home to Kolding!
Kolding has previously proven their strength on the field, winning the title in 2019 with the team Young Guns and again in 2022 with Danmark 92.
Now it's time to reclaim the trophy and Kolding needs you! Gather your best fellow students and join the City Final in spring 2026. The top teams will advance to the National Final.
If you don’t want to play yourself, you can still come along and cheer on your fellow students. This is your chance to show that Kolding not only has the strongest players – but also the best support!

Rules
The rules for Studiebold are inspired by futsal. Unlike traditional indoor soccer, there are no sideboards, and the ball is slightly heavier.
5 players on the field per team – max 3 substitutes
7 minutes per match
The ball is a futsal ball
Played without sideboards
Players must wear clean indoor shoes, and while shin guards are recommended, they are not mandatory. The goalkeeper must wear clothing that distinguishes them from the other players, such as a training bib. And in case of a tie, the match will be decided by a penalty shootout, with each team selecting 3 players to take the penalties.
Become a volunteer at Studiebold
The cornerstone of all the great experiences and sense of community at Studiebold is the volunteers who help turn the tournaments into a celebration.
Meet Oliver Lærkegaard Hoff, a volunteer from Odense:
"I took part in Studiebold myself when I was studying to become a teacher. As a student, I thought it was a great idea and a fun way to bring people together outside the classroom. That was one of the reasons I signed up as a volunteer – so others could have the same experience. Creating a day like that for others brings me a lot of joy."
